I went in for a routine oil change and asked if they could look at another issue while there. Jameson (spelling?)and the other young man (didn't get his name)obliged with no hesitation and were a fantastic help! I can always depend on this shop for excellent customer service.

Had a terrible morning with a flat. AAA came and put the spare on for me but Ive only been here 2 years and I had no idea where to get it fixed. I checked reviews and decided on Tire Outlet because of the almost 5 star rating. What a great decision. I was able to get an appointment right away. The manager was so pleasant when I got there that I knew my day was getting better. They were super busy but still got my car in quickly. I was sure I'd need a new tire but they were able to repair mine. As if that wasn't enough.....there was NO CHARGE. An honest car repair shop with amazing customer service! They do more than tires so I will be bringing mine and my families cars in for any future repairs.

We broke down in this area when heading back home from a conference. Based on the recommendation of the tow truck driver we ended up having our car serviced here at Tire Outlet . Right from the start they were amazing people! Gene called me personally and made sure that we were well taken care of and went the extra mile to get our car fixed and get us back on the road to go home. In a society that seems to be more and more about greed and making money off of people especially in the auto industry, it was refreshing to deal with such honest good people . What they charged us was way below what we expected. I cannot recommend them enough!

Very great service Jean was amazing incredible. I took my BMW and I am 17 years old and was very comfortable and felt they were taking very great care of my car. Once I got it back I was very impressed with how well everything was. I got breaks for a fare price and was very pleased.
